08 Jan St. Louis House Of Fine Ice Cream And Dessert
St. Louis House Of Fine Ice Cream And Dessert is a popular Parisian inspired dessert bar that specialises in premium and exotic ice cream. They have a tremendous range of ice cream flavours and an extensive range of desserts.
With a number of locations all over Adelaide they have just added another store in the heart of Norwood on The Parade.
The venue is furnished in a minimalistic yet elegant style with a mixture of dark wood, marble look tables and contemporary arm chairs. Unique to this store is a large book case that expands over the walls of one corner and a fire place giving it an elegant yet cosy atmosphere reminiscent of a library.
Flat white. The milk was nicely steamed with good texture and a creamy layer of froth on top.
Iced mocha. The milk had a good balance of coffee and chocolate and the whipped cream added extra creaminess and indulgence.
Eton mess. An elegant creation of fresh strawberry, crunchy meringue, raspberry coulis and lemon curd served with French vanilla ice cream drizzled and fresh cream. This was such a beautiful and stunning dessert creation that just took my breath away and tasted just as good as it looks.
Sweet Amalia journey. A trio of St Louis ice creams each topped with a traditional French macaron and served on shortbread soil with fresh strawberries, raspberry coulis and lemon curd.
Cheeky monkey. Nutella, banana, crème de cacao, baileys and ice. This cocktail was deliciously sweet, smooth and creamy and tasted just like a chocolate and banana milkshake.
St. Louis House Of Fine Ice Cream And Dessert have revamped their dessert creations making them look sophisticated and completely irresistible. With so many locations it is now even easier to satisfy those sweet cravings.
