Scoffed Cooking School is a school of food and fun where you can learn how to prepare and cook dishes from scratch in a relaxed setting.
They recently celebrated their 2nd birthday and hosted a party filled with delicious food, drinks and lively cooking demonstrations from their executive chefs.
This exciting event also announced the launch of 2 new classes.
The BBQ guru cooking school which helps people take their barbecuing skills to the next level by teaching them about smoking, indirect vs direct cooking, different types of fuel, rubs and marinades, carving and trimming, and even which cuts of meat and types of seafood to choose.
The Scoff Something Wild is a new series of classes run in partnership with Adelaide Central Market’s Something Wild teaches guests why native ingredients are seen as the future of Australian cuisine, how ingredients are harvested and their traditional uses.

Guests were also treated to a taste testing competition where everyone had to guess the ingredient. The one with the most correct answers won a cooking class.
Scoffed Cooking School holds classes 6 days a week and offer a range of adult and kids cooking classes to suit any age and skill level.
Their school holiday program is extremely popular with kids of all ages and their corporate events make great bonding experiences to increase camaraderie in the work place.
