27 Mar Lakes Hotel
Located on the tranquil waters of West Lakes and only a short distance from South Australia’s picturesque coastline is the Lakes Hotel.
Owned by the Fahey family, Adelaide’s iconic waterfront hotel has had an extensive revamp with major renovations.
With new housing developments and several upgrades in the surrounding suburbs, operations manager Trent Fahey was in charge of the makeover and worked in collaboration with a design team comprising of Studio Nine, IA Design, Frame Creative and with renowned construction company Schiavello Construction to complete the project in under a year.
Trent wanted to create a fresh and vibrant space that was on trend where everyone of all ages could enjoy and several new additions were created to differentiate the areas of the hotel.
New to the Lakes Hotel is Mr Neptune’s, a relaxed and casual café with opulent leather lounges and a sun deck overlooking the stunning waterfront views, while the indoor fireplace will keep you warm during the colder months of the year.
There’s no longer a need to head into the cbd when you can enjoy a world class meal from Knot’s kitchen. Executive chef Nigel Rich brings his expertise with new menus featuring local South Australia produce.
