Poke is a healthy fresh fish salad originating from Hawaii. Although usually made with raw fish, Hokopo do cater to those who can not stomach raw food by offering cooked chicken, beef, prawns and tofu as well.
Brown rice or kelp noodles are used as a base for the salad to provide substance. The poke bowl is then topped off with a generous amount of vegetables.
